When you send an enquiry, make a booking request, or contact us, we collect what you give us directly — name, email address, phone number, and details about the trip you're asking about.

When you sign up to our mailing list (through the popup, the footer, or a Journal post), we collect your email address and, optionally, your first name.

We don't run visitor tracking or advertising cookies on this site. The only thing stored in your browser is a small, local flag remembering that you've closed the mailing-list popup, so it doesn't keep reappearing — it never leaves your device and isn't used to identify or track you.

To respond to your enquiry or booking request, personally — usually over WhatsApp, phone, or email.

To send mailing list updates (new journeys, travel tips, seasonal offers) if you've signed up for them.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone, for any reason.

Mailing list addresses are synced to our email service provider (Brevo) so it can actually deliver what you signed up for — Brevo is bound by its own privacy and data-protection terms as our processor, not a separate owner of your data.

Website and booking data is hosted on Railway (application + database) and Cloudflare (media and domain infrastructure). Neither uses your data for anything beyond keeping the site running.

If you reach us through WhatsApp, that conversation is also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy, since it's Meta's platform, not ours.

Every mailing list email includes an unsubscribe link — one click, no login required, no questions asked.

To have your booking/enquiry data corrected or deleted, just email us (details below) — we'll handle it directly, since there's no self-service account system on this site to do it through.

This site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
